January 2003 – February 2007. On site real estate sales associate for Flagship Communities’ development, VillaRiva, a 66 unit residential riverfront condominium tower located in the Riverside neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida.
Responsibilities included participating in the start up and planning of the floor plans, interior finishes, and amenities, pricing, and workshops with general real estate professionals to determine what the market demand would be. As a sales associate, my responsibilities involved being on site with one other sales associate as a team, to sell out 66 condominium homes. In addition to learning every detail of the construction of the building and each of the six floor plans, we held special events and open houses for the real estate community, the surrounding neighborhood, the medical community, and other focused groups of interest. Our marketing efforts included mail outs, phone contact, e-mail blasts to the real estate industry, and direct solicitation to personal contacts of interest.

January 2000 – December 2002. On site real estate sales associate for Flagship Communities’ development, The Ocean Villas at Serenata Beach, a residential oceanfront condominium community consisting of eight, low-rise buildings totaling 90 units, located in South Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
Responsibilities included involvement in the initial planning of the community from the floor plans and interior finishes to the marketing and publication of printed materials for advertising. As one of a two person sales team, I was on site for two and a half years soliciting prospects to sell out the development before construction was completed. I became totally educated on the new construction process along with learning about selling a large development.

January 1995 – December 1999. General residential real estate sales associate for Prudential Network Realty in the Ponte Vedra office.
I went from being a rookie and learning about the real estate industry to being second in the office and in the top five in the company within four years. I was also on the “A” team, which consists of the top producers in the company, who are completely knowledgeable about the city and are on a special relocation team.

April 1989 – December 1993. Owner/President, Lee Allen, Inc. (women’s specialty store), Jacksonville, FL.
Responsibilities included all aspects of the management of a designer specialty boutique, i.e., buying designer merchandise; selling; designing and producing displays; maintaining daily records; hiring and training personnel; planning advertising; planning and implementing promotions, specifically trunk shows, fashion shows and other special events.

May 1979 – May 1987. Manager, Mikey, Inc. (women’s specialty stores), Jacksonville, FL.
Responsibilities included selling; floor merchandising; designing and creating displays; monthly billing in house accounts; maintaining daily sales journals; managing sales staff; buying designer sportswear, dresses, evening wear, shoes, and accessories for three stores.
